Our system provides clients with secure HIPAA compliant environment. It is based on one of the most comprehensive web-based transcription systems in the industry – FutureNet iSeries platform. It is built on the industry-standard Microsoft Windows operating system and SQL Server database technologies to provide a powerful, true client/server environment for dictation, document management, and electronic patient record functions. We can provide an interface to your electronic medical record system.

Customer voice dictations can be delivered to the system 24 hours a day through regular analog phone lines, T1 digital phone lines, or Internet connection via secure FTP service. As soon as the voice file is transcribed and proofread, it is posted on our secure web site, giving a customer immediate access to the completed report.

The digital patient record database is accessible from anywhere via a secure web site and offers viewing, editing, searching, and printing functions. ProType dictation and transcription system is scalable and customized for the needs of our clients.
